YOGA

It was a heavenly sight.

It really was.

Sam Winchester stood a foot from the end of one of the motel room's twin beds. His legs stood shoulder width apart and he reached his arms up, arching his back slight.

[Name] watched intently, not bothering to hide her fascination, as he dove to the floor. His palms were placed flat against the motel carpet. He happened to be positioned just so, so that he completely blocked [Name]'s view of the flickering television.

Though, her view was much better.

Who knew he was so flexible?

"What are you doing?" Dean demanded, unimpressed, as he lifted an eye from the laptop screen.

Before Sam had a chance to reply, Castiel replied from the bed beside [Name]. "I believe he is doing yoga. It is a combination of mental, physical, and spiritual exercises performed to strengthen one's mind and body. In fact, it has many positive benefits on the human body, Dean..."

"I know what he's doing, but why is he doing it?" All eyes were on the younger Winchester now, but he didn't seem to mind. From his bent over position, he gracefully maneuvered into a plank position. [Name]'s eyes followed him down, admiring how the muscles in his arms tensed to support his weight. "C'mon, man, that carpet has probably never been washed..." Dean mumbled, aside.

Sam didn't turn to his older brother, just simply replying in a calm voice as he continued his exercise. But, from her position, [Name] could see him roll his eyes. "Didn't you just hear Cas? Mind and body, all that."

Clearly not appreciating the sassy reply, Dean's expression turned mocking. "What? You need to get all loose and limber for the hunt?" he scoffed.

Dean, shut up, [Name] wanted to snap, though of course she didn't.

For a moment all was quite - but for the TV show Cas watched far too intently - and she continued watching Sam in peace. "You know, [Name], you could probably see the TV better from here," Cas observed.

Well, now he'd done it. She was caught.

All eyes turned to her and a sheepish expression crossed her face.

She cleared her throat, feeling the heat rise in her cheeks. "No thanks, Cas." When she noticed Sam's amused expression she added, smiling as innocently as possible, "I was just admiring your... Form?" Cas returned his attention to the TV with shrug, and Sam simply chuckled to himself before leaning into a warrior pose.

"Right, I'll bet you were admiring his form," Dean said suggestively. "Not very professional of you, [Name]," he chastised half-heartedly.

She snapped her attention to him, raising an eyebrow quizzically. "This is coming from you? You've had a one-night-stand every night for the past three nights," she retaliated.

When her eyes returned to their previous spot, they were only met with an unobstructed view of an old episode of Friends. She tried to hide the disappointment from her face when a voice said from the door. "If you're that interested in yoga, I could show you sometime," Sam offered with a slight wink, to which Dean simply rolled his eyes.

[Name] watched Sam's now jogging form disappear out the door with a slight smirk.

Maybe she could get into this whole yoga thing.

Bonus Scene

Cas: "Dean, perhaps you should try yoga as well?"

Dean: "Not a chance in hell, Cas."

C: "It may make you a more pious man."

D: "I'm good, thanks. I think I'm perfectly pious."

C: "It's just that you keep calling my Father's name-"

D: "Cas."

C: "Yes?"

D: "[Name] is right there!"

C: "My apologies, [Name]."

Reader: "It's no problem, really."
I saw a post a while back about Sam and Dean doing yoga and I feel like Sam totally would do yoga: he likes to be healthy and we already know he jogs. This is just a short little drabble thing but, anyway, enjoy!
